1)1)Do 200 Square Jumps -do not do it in front of your parents if not they will think u are retarded. It is exciting and cool and will make you happy after u complete this excercise.
2)Do 150 V Jumps -its very nice looking so do it in front of your friends to relieve stress, NOT PARENTS!!!

3)Do 90 High Jumps -the standard jump up and "smash". Its the most fun de but very tiring lols. Sure to put a smile across your face and cheer you up (:

4)Do 65 Star Jumps -this step is the most time consuming one. Its not really fun but if u have the time to waste pls try this.

AND IF YOU ARE STILL SAD OR EMO PLS FOLLOW THIS EXTREME LAST STAGE!!!!

5) Leg Lifting(trishaw style) -This is the most extreme step. Follow instructions clearly to have best results. Gather as much food as possible, and place them on the table. Put you legs up in the air and start eating. Keep eating until you feel well, then you can put you legs down and say," i love sexy teo"!
